Zoom: How to Join a Meeting

Before the mediation, we will email you the detailed, step-by-step instructions for joining the video conference. 

All participants will also receive an e-mail invitation to the conference with the date and time. The invitation will include a direct URL link to the conference. Mr. Hollifield will serve as the host and manage the conference, including setting up a conference room for the joint session, as well as breakout rooms for confidential sessions with individual parties, just as if he was working with the parties in person. Please be advised that no recording of the mediation conference is permitted. All recording devices must be turned off or otherwise disabled once the mediation conference begins.
